On ******* the Vero beach,FL Sears Auto Store replaced the front struts on my car with a different model strut and cheaper strut than the one Sears installed * years ago.We had agreed that the same model strut would be replaced.I was told that the strut would have to be ordered from Orlando,Fl and would take * days to get here so my installation was set for *******.When I picked up the car I saw that a cheaper different manufactured version had been installed.The reason given was that they had mistakingly installed my new struts on another same model car the day before my service.I continued to have bad road noise went back to store on****** where they replaced the the strut mounts and * new shocks on rear of car.One mile down the road the noise of the struts clunking was still there.On ******* they advised me the noise was the lower control arm bushings would have to be replaced as that was the noise I was hearing.Replaced and same noise unabated. Called store and left car with store on**!****. Store called me at *.** and said that their suspension specialist was in hospital and there was nothing they could do.They suggested the I drive the car ** miles to the Jenson Beach store to see if they could fix the problem. I have now spent $ ***.** trying to get this problem fixed.*One! I don"t believe the the mix up story about the shocks I ordered being placed on another car.Two,this Sears Auto Store is not the caliber of the store that I had used for brakes, shocks and other service I used before.They have no in house mechanics as all are sub contracted in for specific related service with exception of oil changes. Three, If they had installed the ordered struts I don"t believe this problem would have continue.Four,What I want is the correct Struts reinstalled on my car with on further charge and at a Sears store other than the Vero Beach one which I have no confidence in at all.Finally If it come down to it in resolving this issue the I intend to take my claim to Small Claim Court to resolve this issue.*James Smith
