I've had this service I think over a year now and the stone wasn't very good when I got it and now it's giving me nothing but problems I was on the phone to customer service or technical this afternoon for different times while his phone either cut the line off completely or dial voicemail while I was in there was called cut me off and I couldn't get anything done with this phone there was a live representative signing people up to the free phone stand right in front of me and was willing to do something for me to help but couldn't because you got my account locked up or something because of my mailing address I couldn't get this back across to any one of the service Representatives just talk to me and I asked her supervisor and before I could even get to a supervisor the phone dialed something else was cut the call off and I never did get anything resolved today this is the only phone I have
