I've been Safelink wireless customer for years. My enrollment number is *******. However I've moved from NY to FL. I called customer service to transfer the account. I was told that the account can't be transferred, that I have to re-apply. I had about **** minutes remaining on my account. So we agreed that I would use my minutes, and as it closes to the end I will re-apply. *However today I've discovered that my phone ***-***-**** got blocked. Well I still have ***** minutes remaining and I want to use them. So re-activate my phone please.
GetHuman-lifebes did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
