my roku remote for my streaming stick(black one) is not working the pairing light flickers as soon as you put batteries in and won't stop. i have tried unplugging the power to the stick and waiting then plugging it back in and waiting for home screen to come up then putting batteries in remote... normally this would pair the remote but as i said earlier the light flickers continuously when i put the batteries in. thanks for any help you can give me on resolving this matter
