Yes, my issue with audio on Ruko was fixed. It did take going thru several different phone calls to other numbers get to help. *It was good to hear a human.voice. They talked me through each step on how to find problem. Even to the point of disconnecting completely even testing on another tv. With their assistance, I was able to find the issue. End result was to go to Source for on my Samsung. My Ruko is working great.
