I have two Roku devices on two different TV's. Both stopped working on *-**-** pm. The Roku will turn on and go to home page. It will allow you to select any TV app but when you do it immediately goes to a black screen with the following message: Netflix has encountered an error. Please contact your home Network or streaming device. Code: NW-*-* is on one screen and Code: NW-*-* is on the second. I have checked with both Netflix and Comcast and gone through all procedures and both were apparently fine. I believe I might need factory reset and to talk to a human being, which is seeming impossible at this point. Please help
