Two different TV's with Roku devices both went off on *-**-** at approximately *pm. They each have a message on the screen. They will turn on and go to home screen and will let you select Netflix, or any available app, but screen goes black with the following message: Netflix has encountered an error. Retrying in (blank amount) of seconds. Code: NW-*-* is on one screen* Code NW-*-*is on the other. They both will just continually do this and nothing else. I have called Comcast and we went through checking everything and it is apparently not them. I called Netflix and went through same procedure and not them. I have wifi to iPad and obviously that is working as this message shows. I attempted to reach a human last night through this same method but no call was returned. Although it said it had been on time update. I really need some help. My code number for last night was ****.
