I have two tv's with Roku Express. Both just stopped working *-**-** pm. Message on screen says it couldn't connect to Netflix.Code: NW-*-*. The second screen says the same except for Code: NW-*-*. I have contacted Internet provider and also Netlix, both ran tests and stated that is was streaming device. I am tired, angry and frustrated and getting nowhere with Roku customer service. I just paid $*.** for quick technical help and have received nothing. I believe I may need need factory reset. Can I speak to a live human being and get this fixed please?
