I have a Premier Plus Roku. I had it connected for a couple of days, and then it lost the connection and I cannot get it back - I have rebooted both the modem and the roku many times, I've checked my password, etc. Keeps saying it doesn't have internet connection - error **.**. Computer is across the room - probably about ** feet - from the roku. Don't have an ethernet cable. When I tried to re-setup the system, I don't have the *-digit link code from the TV screen since I can't get back to that point in the set-up, and the computer won't access my account without it. So far, it's USELESS!!!
GetHuman-dvasseur did not yet indicate what Roku should do to make this right.
