My mother purchased a **" Roku tv three days ago.she doesn't want cable so she has an antenna for local channels and this is all she wants. I have followed the instructions and have done steps** and** that is on the screen.after typing in the code for step** step** say's your done and enjoy your Roku experience but immediately someone from Roku called and says there going to help set up Roku for us we do step one again then step two but they changed the password from the original pw.and immediately start there sales monthly payments and on and on and refused to understand that my mother purchased the tv with cash it's her tv she also had charter cable disconnected because she doesn't want it I have an antenna to the Roku tv for local channels because that's what my mother wants. She don't care about any other great deals you have period. If this can't be resolved today I am taking her Roku tv back along with my**" and both of my brothers are going to do the same thing without regret
