I have Roku ****x streaming stick and subscribe to Filmstruck. The movies keep crashing and dumping me back to the Roku home page. I contacted Filmstruck, and they suggested I delete their app and reinstall it. I found that I cannot do that, because every time I go to the menu (via *) the "remove channel" option disappears immediately and is replaced by "manage subscription." There doesn't seem to be any way to delete the app. What can I do?
