Stated the problem of difficulty I am having trying to connect with the internet with a new router for my ROKU *.*When I submitted, a reply came back advising that I had been sent a code to be added to my tel number *** ***-****. I never received it and there is now way to notify you of same on the window that opened.*Still need help. Is there a number that I can call to talk to a live tech in front ofv the TV where the ROKU*is located. My computer is on the second floor and the TV * ROKU is on the first floor
