I have been a ROKU member for * days full days Reg ID ******. I also am ** yrs old. *I started calling on Sun. I have not found a human to talk to not even an operator. I needed help with the operation of your system. I sure age is part of the confusion. Every phone number i tried either was busy or dropped me minutes after i went on hold. I have had it i now want to CANCEL the order right away. I just wanted a sick wife to be able to see movies. Thank you for your help on this matter. Please call me at ***-***-**** . My e-mail is not working correctly.
