I have been attempting numerous times throughout my day to play alongside my friend in online and online missions. After numerous failed attempts due to the poor quality of gta* and the glitches within game I have been unable to play all day. I have checked my internet and so has my friend but this is not the issue. The issue seems to be lying within gta* itself. The day started when I could no use the y button to enter or exit vehicles and had to restart my gta* * times before it began working. Mine and my friends gta* then repeatedly froze and again I had to restart my gta*. After this we began to play and retry missions online for several hours and as we became close to completing the mission the game kicked us both off and said your team has left the game. We both checked our internet connection but this was working fine. As you can imagine I have became increasingly furious at rockstar games and think that it is unfair that paying customers are treated this way and cannot play the game they paid for. I am also annoyed as I would have recieved money from completing the mission however this is not the case as rockstar have failed to deliver and both my gta* is not working as it should and is not the game I paid for as it didn't state anywhere when I bought this game that it didn't work. I am furious with this situation as I haven't been able to play all day and no doubt my gta* will still not work tomorrow. I ask that this situation is resolved to the best of your ability and as rockstar have wasted my whole day I ask that they give me the amount I should have had from the missions if I had been able to complete them. I have been reluctant to contact them as i do enjoy playing both gta* and red dead redemption *. However I am losing patience with rockstar games as I have had trouble with both games in the past and today has angered me as the service I paid for has failed to deliver. I am outstanded that rockstar games are allowed to treat customers in this way, *I hope this situation can be resolved and that I can carry on enjoying my gta* experience,**Many thanks
