On either 4/25/[redacted] or 4/26/[redacted], while playing online, I encountered a Modder who seemed upset when I defeated their friend. Shortly after, a message appeared on my screen, and my game crashed or froze. Upon restarting my PlayStation 3 and trying to play online, I kept receiving an error message saying "Timed out locating session. Please return to Grand Theft Auto V and try again later." This issue persisted the entire day. The next day, I encountered the same problem again. I suspect the Modder may have tampered with my game since they had given me money. Initially, I feared I was banned, but the error message indicated otherwise. I seek assistance to resolve this concern with my GTA online account. For further details, kindly contact me via email. Thank you.

I recently encountered an issue when trying to log into my game. Despite using what I believed to be the correct email and password, the system claimed it was incorrect. I attempted to reset my password, but no email was received. It has been approximately a week since I last tried to access my account, and I have not received any password reset emails. I suspect there may be a problem with Rockstar's system. The email associated with my account is [redacted], and the username is DankDriftz69. I hope this is a technical glitch on Rockstar's end, as I fear my account may have been compromised. Thank you for your assistance, Jack.

To the relevant party,
I recently acquired a PS4 and planned on transitioning from XB1 to PS4. I bought GTA5 hoping to transfer my account, only to discover this is not an option. This was disappointing, as I lost significant progress and money invested in in-game purchases like shark cards.
Starting over from scratch, even re-purchasing the criminal enterprise pack, I faced obstacles due to my low level. Despite my efforts to regain lost progress, the disparity remains profound.
Throughout the years, I've purchased your game on PS3, Xbox One, and now on PS4, supporting all your titles including DLC. I've been a loyal customer since the release of Grand Theft Auto.
I hope my loyalty and investments can be acknowledged by making my previous account accessible on PS4 or providing compensation as a gesture of goodwill for the expenses incurred while enhancing my gameplay experience.
Your assistance in this matter would be greatly valued.
Thank you,
Cameron

I have purchased every Rockstar game since Smugglers Run and I am a devoted fan of all their games. I have spent over $[redacted] on Shark Cards in GTA V, and as a CEO in the game, I spend my time filling up warehouses to make money. Unfortunately, whenever I try to sell my cargo with the help of associates, they tend to sabotage the mission by crashing into me or killing me, even in private lobbies. This frustrating experience has happened multiple times and it disappoints me as I feel like the game requires friends to make any progress. After grinding crates for hours, losing everything due to these disruptions makes me not want to play GTA anymore. I would like to request in-game money as compensation, either in the form of a few million dollars or a 3.5 million dollar Shark Card. I play on Xbox One with the gamertag Snaxbar. The incident where crates were allegedly returned to my warehouse after an attack but were nowhere to be found also added to my frustration. I genuinely admire Rockstar as a company, and I hope they can assist me with my concerns.

Dear Rockstar Games,
I am blind and enjoy playing your games. I have been playing GTA and RDR 2 and appreciate the auto-aim feature, as it helps me shoot in the games. Skipping checkpoints in missions also helps me progress. If I struggle with a part in a mission, I fail it three times and then skip that part, which is how I managed to beat GTA 5. I focus on the shooting aspects of missions since that's what I can do. In RDR 2, I use Deadeye and can follow people on horseback to some extent. You may be curious about how I play your games. I use headphones to enhance the audio experience. In RDR 2, I adjust the aim settings to wide and aim assist to fully, along with counting the number of button presses to reach settings. I truly hope you can explore adding more accessibility features to your games in the future.
Thank you,
M.

I have been attempting to tame a horse in the game for days now, but the process has proven to be quite frustrating and challenging. After encountering a good horse, I had to escape from bounty hunters. Unfortunately, while going around the lake, the horse started glitching and became unresponsive to my commands, leading to it leaping onto a rock and falling into the water unexpectedly. Despite my efforts to retrieve it, as it wasn't my main horse, it disappeared. It's disheartening to lose a good horse due to glitches in the game after investing time and money for an enjoyable experience. Additionally, the constant appearance of bounty hunters during various activities like fishing or shopping has been frustrating, making gameplay more of a nuisance than an enjoyable experience. The disappearance of good horses when attempting to tame them adds to the overall frustration. These issues need to be addressed promptly to enhance the gameplay experience.

I successfully completed my first MC Counterfeit cash delivery last night. The job involved delivering cargo in an old truck worth $105k plus a bonus for doing it in a lobby with rival MC businesses. However, after checking my transactions, I noticed the money was not deposited into my bank account as expected. This isn't the first time this has happened, as I experienced a similar issue with Arena Wars last week. I am eager to receive the $105k plus bonus that was promised to me. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Michael. Recently in GTA 5 online on Xbox One, I purchased a Tezeract and selected my full Eclipse apartment garage for delivery. When asked to replace a vehicle due to a full garage, I swapped my Oppressor MK 1 (Fully Loaded) assuming I could easily retrieve it from the MC interactions menu. Unfortunately, the Oppressor was permanently deleted, which I regret. I now understand the implications and would have chosen a different garage like my Arena B1 if I had known. I am hopeful that there might be a possibility for reimbursement, either with in-game currency or another vehicle, perhaps a Vigilante. Thank you for your time and consideration. Feel free to reach out via email if you have any further queries. Thank you and have a great day!

I am having trouble accessing my Social Club account. When I attempt to log in, it indicates that "This Steam account is already linked to a different Social Club account." I have tried using the email associated with my game purchase but it seems like it does not exist or similar. Despite entering the correct email address and password, I cannot access my account. I have also attempted to reset the password, but I have not received the reset email. This issue has been troubling me all day, as I simply want to play GTA 5 story mode. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

I recently purchased a saddle in Red Dead Online for $94, thinking everything was fine. However, I discovered that the previously bought stirrups cannot be transferred from the old saddle to the new one. It seems odd that only the entire saddle can be switched, not the stirrups. Additionally, when I sold one of my old saddles, I received no compensation. I believe I should be refunded for the saddle I bought to transfer the stirrups and also compensated for the old saddle since the selling option was essentially useless. It's disappointing that such a fantastic game like Red Dead 2 lacks the ability to change stirrups between saddles.

I have an innovative idea that could revolutionize the gaming industry, and I believe your company is the best fit to bring it to life. This idea is significant enough that I am hoping for some form of compensation for sharing it. I have held onto this idea for a decade, and no one has come close to creating a game like it. I am eager to discuss this idea with you and potentially work out an agreement if you find it as remarkable as I do. I am simply looking to profit from a fantastic concept. As an established company, I believe you have nothing to lose by meeting with me to explore this opportunity. I assure you that I will respect your time. Thank you for considering my proposal.
Sincerely,
M. Muse

Hello,
I am reaching out regarding some issues I encountered while playing GTA V on Xbox under the account “Firecracker TC”. I am disappointed to report that I did not receive the $[redacted],[redacted] promised for owning a MC Clubhouse, despite playing consistently during the promotional period. Additionally, I have faced numerous challenges with restocking my cocaine business. Despite spending $[redacted],[redacted] on restocking, the supplies have not appeared in the section. I have completed 4 successful resupply missions, which unfortunately did not provide any supplies, causing frustration and wasted time. To address these problems, I am requesting a reimbursement totaling $[redacted],[redacted], comprising the $[redacted],[redacted] spent on cocaine restock, 4 x $15,[redacted] for successful resupply missions, and the $[redacted],[redacted] promotion reward that was not received.
Thank you for your attention to this matter,
Sincerely,
Toby

I completed 50 stunt jumps by following a guide and checking them off as I finished each one. However, I somehow failed to unlock 3 jumps even though I completed all 50 twice. It's frustrating not being able to identify the ones I missed without redoing all of them. Is there a way to check the missing jumps instead of going through all 50 again and risking disappointment? Despite its greatness, Gta V's bug in this aspect is disappointing. How can this issue be addressed? The lack of response is disheartening.

There is an issue with modders in GTA 5 online that is ruining the gameplay experience. Joining public games where modders dominate is frustrating as there is no efficient way to report them. I have been a fan of Rockstar games since GTA 1 but the current state of online play is disappointing. The rampant cheating and lack of oversight or support from Rockstar is discouraging. I took a screenshot of a room where someone was clearly modding, but without proper reporting mechanisms, it's challenging to address. The prevalence of cheating is driving players away and affecting the enjoyment of the game. It is crucial for Rockstar to address this problem to maintain player interest and trust. The focus should be on resolving these issues rather than just releasing new expansions. The online gaming community needs a system in place to deal with modders effectively to ensure fair gameplay for all users.

Hello,
I use the gamertag xXLiTerAhCoLaXx, initially LiTtErAhCoLa. I have been playing GTA5 since it was released for PS3, then switched over to PS4. However, around February [redacted], I took a break. Today, on 5/9/[redacted], I returned to playing but discovered that all my cars are missing. I contacted Mors Mutual and the Mechanic, but to no avail. I may not have had many cars, but I had an Adder, Zentorno, Oppressor, Armored Kuruma, a fully loaded Comet from Benny's, and others valued between 250k to 500k, along with 1 million dollars. In total, I have lost approximately 21 fully loaded vehicles.

I am encountering some difficulties when trying to publish a map on GTA V online. Despite everything else functioning well, I am facing a technical issue with my maps. Specifically, I am unable to add the party bus as a prop. The party bus is the vehicle with the DJ set on top. Although it spawns correctly during testing, after publishing, it either disappears or is replaced by a different vehicle when I enter the map.
My PSN username is Vangeezo, and I am active on the Social Network Club. I have recently published two maps that showcase the problem I am facing. This issue is hindering my ability to create the content I desire. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I'm currently on my fourth playthrough of RDR2 and I'm facing an issue with the Legendary Fish not spawning in the game. Even though I visit the locations, the message indicating that I've entered a Legendary Fish location never appears after the initial visit. It seems that after missing the opportunity to catch the fish the first time, it never spawns again despite my many attempts at various locations. Although I've progressed to the epilogue and caught all the Legendary Fish, it still shows that I haven't caught the bluegill. Initially, the game was glitchy as it displayed that I hadn't caught any in the epilogue, and then later only mentioned the bluegill. Unfortunately, no matter what actions I take, the issue remains unresolved, preventing me from catching any of the Legendary Fish again.

I accidentally had my Nightshark impounded in GTA Online. I managed to steal it back, then stored it in my Facility to prevent any further issues. However, when I returned online, my Nightshark had been destroyed, and I had to pay $[redacted] for repairs. This only happens with my Nightshark, and I didn't cause the destruction. I hope this glitch can be resolved to avoid unnecessary expenses for fixing my vehicle. My Gamertag is SoulesMan101 on Xbox One.

I attempted to contact the provided phone number with no success, which is frustrating. I am worried as it is convenient to make purchases but challenging to reach customer service for assistance with charges. Last night while playing GTAV, my character had 680K and suddenly it decreased to 200K, affecting my ability to buy a property. I then bought a 4.99 shark card, but the in-game currency did not update. After experiencing these issues, I logged off feeling frustrated about the loss of my money. I seek either a refund or the missing GTAV currency purchased. I can provide proof of these transactions through screenshots and bank statements. Resolving this matter is essential as it involves real money. What steps can be taken to address this situation? Thank you, Ary G. C.

While playing GTA 5 online as usual, I encountered a player who performed a glitch after I shot them. They continuously spawned near me to shoot me for about 10 minutes. Once it stopped, I noticed that my money and levels were decreasing until they both reached zero. It became clear that the player had hacked my account. I swiftly left the lobby and attempted to join a new one, but I couldn't. Now, I am unable to access GTA 5 online due to the actions of this individual. I am hoping to regain access to my account along with the levels and money that were lost. Thank you.
