Rockstar Games doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-jdblues will need to dig through the advice provided by Rockstar Games, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Alright, I've already contacted customer support about this and four replies later I keep getting an answer that suggests the persons answering don't understand my issue. So I'll do my best to explain is simply.**I have GTA-V and have been playing long enough for the company to award me a 'gift' over Christmas which just happened to be the buzzard attack helicopter, except I already have the buzzard attack helicopter as I purchased it ... so the gift is an empty gift to me and frankly it feels like somebody buoyed me up with a happy Christmas gift and then punched me in the gut.**Now its probably not worth getting upset over, but I wrote the company - I put in a ticket about this and the same person kept making the mistake of asking me to redeem the gift for a FREE Buzzard attack helicopter and in doing so got the message that the free item could not be awarded to me because I already had it - like yeah, I know this.**Sadly your employee didn't grasp that incredibly basic premise. So I said, if Rockstar was willing to make good on the xmas loyalty gift to me they could select another item that I DON'T HAVE or allow me to choose something or better still give me the value in virtual cash for the Buzzard attack helicopter but the replying party failed to understand yet again.**After my third attempt at explaining this to them I gave up in disgust - it felt like the bums rush and my concerns were being ignored. How hard is it anyway? Its not as if I'm getting REAL cash, REAL hardware now, is it? So can somebody please look into this and if you're going to offer a loyalty gift, at least make good on it or it sends the wrong message ... especially during the xmas season.
