I was trying to return some movies i had rented. ... I had returned my rented movies the day after i had rented them. It took an extended amount of time for the kiosk to accept the movies, in some cases it felt as thought it took up to * minutes to return one single movie. The box then said that it was full, but the customer behind me was able to return his movies. So after waiting another extended amount of time for the Redbox to process their transaction, I tried again. Once it finally responded to my touch, again it took approximately **-** minutes to process returning my rentals. Finally after the prolonged waiting, i finally get a "Thank You". Yesterday (****-****) i recieved a charge of $*** for a RedBox movie rental late fee charge. This is aggravating and incorrect. I NEED to contact the highest level of personnel in customer service who can help to resolve this issue. Thank you for reviewing my request, and please respond as soon as an opportunity arises. Not all of the kiosks work properly, half the time i am attempting to rent a movie the touch screen doesnt work or it malfunctions completely and doesnt allow you to utilize the product.
