July *th & July *th there was * transactions in the amts of $***.** a piece on those two days* which we did not authorize. This was my grand daughter's account. I buy her Roblox in the amts of $*.** or $*.** about once a month. When she tried to get in her account, someone was already in there. I need this money refunded. My husband & I are on Social Security & we're trying to raise * grandchildren. They (I guess hackers) wiped my card out. S S has been notified & has canceled that card. I need to have this money refunded asap. I have a new card on its way, but I have $ *.** on my account now.*This is under commetandsadie ( my ** year old granddaughter)'s account.
