If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

so i tried logging into my account and when i put in my password it didn't work anymore and i know who the hacker is because he told me that he knew my password which he changed to another password and i want my account back because i spent over $*** *on my account which is: Ultraspeedghost and im only ** years old and i started playing roblox when i was * years old. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY ACCOUNT BACK PLEASE!!!!!!! can you ban the hacker? *the hacker's username is: landino**** *please ban this dude for hacking my account PLEASE!!!
