On August **, **** my grandson was playing ROBLOX on his computer. And I bought him more I think more car options he wanted and I charged it to Paypal. I had him clear his history. after the purchase. It wiped out his password and username and he cannot remember the password and username to get back into his game. That day we created a new user name and password but everything his mom and I bought on ROBLOX was not their. What can I do to get his original password back so he can play with the extra features we have bought. We have probably have spent $**.** for the extra stuff he wanted. He did not create an e-mail. I have and his mom have all the receipts that we spent on this game. He was devastated that he lost everything in the game. I hope you can help me*Thank you for your time.
