The email account I have linked to my ROBLOX account I do not have access to any more. With * step verification I cant get my code, the thing Is I shouldn't need a code due to the computer Im trying to be logged into has been logged into my account thousands upon thousands of times. I need the code to be sent to my normal email.
The * step verification warning says specifically, if you log in from a NEW device, it will ask you for a code. So I assumed it was telling the truth, apparently they aren't and are locking me out of devices I have logged into thousands of times before.
GetHuman1021704 did not yet indicate what ROBLOX should do to make this right.
I have been a customer for *-almost * years.
