I want to cancel my q link wireless service. Why is it so difficult to cancel service? My phone is being used by a hacker. My phone has been broken since last year. I havent used the phone. I am not paying $** for any replacement phone. I dont know who is useing my account to make calls but nobody in my household is useing that phone and my account shows calls that are being made. I want to cancel service.
