I have ordered Puma men's sports shoes through Amazon.The warranty is for **days and is therefore eligible.I want to return as the shoes are torn .The order number from Amazon is ***-*******-*******.
No one picked the call from Puma customer care.when I contacted Puma showroom they asked me contact Amazon and when I reached back to Amazon for help they suggested I resolve the issue by contacting Puma .so this is ongoing forever but is not getting resolves.
I want a refund or a replacement.
I have purchased many products. With Puma this is my second pair in this year.Never expected such irresponsibility from customer care and less quality products.
Contacted Amazon customer care.*Tried calling puma.com number.
