I recently purchased two pairs of shoes from Macy's - one blue and one brown. Although the blue pair fit perfectly, I encountered issues with the brown pair. Unlike the blue pair's soft mesh tongue, the brown pair had a hard tongue that felt uncomfortable. Additionally, both pairs have soles with rubber glued over another layer with space in between. Due to the rainy weather in Florida, the sole of the blue pair has started to loosen, and I anticipate the same happening to the brown pair. While I appreciate the design similarity to Nike's Huarache, the sole's quality is lacking. As a result, I sometimes stumble when walking due to the loose sole catching on the ground. I would like assistance with returning these shoes for a replacement.

The shoes were purchased online, but the recipient mistakenly assumed the size and discarded the packaging after trying them on indoors once. Despite several requests, I am facing delays in processing my return due to requests for unnecessary details. I am reaching out with a concern about one of your stores. There seems to be fraudulent activity at the Puma store located in MGF Mall 22 Godam, Jaipur. I made a purchase using my debit card totalling Rs. [redacted] for two items, but the cashier failed to provide a receipt. Additionally, I received a message indicating I had [redacted] points equivalent to Rs. [redacted]. When I tried to redeem these points at your store in Saket, Delhi, I was informed that someone had already redeemed the points at the Jaipur store. Strangely, there are two bills linked to my registered mobile number, even though I only made one purchase with two items. One bill shows the points redemption.

I purchased a pair of Pumas at Famous Footwear, but unfortunately, the store has closed. I contacted another store, but they mentioned they don't handle complaints from other locations. The issue is that the front of the shoe is coming apart after wearing them only about 20 times. These shoes were rather pricey, and I am struggling to find assistance. I purchased a sweater from the Puma store in Navsari, and after a few days, small wool dots appeared on the back and sleeves. I returned to the store, and they exchanged the item. However, the same issue occurred the next day. When I revisited the store, they claimed the problem was due to friction with my bag since the sweater's material is soft.

I placed an order with Puma India on August 7, [redacted], under order number [redacted]38. I ordered the Purecat Unisex Slides and BMW Motorsport Slim Fit Men's Sweatpants and paid a total of Rs 2,[redacted]. I received only the Purecat Unisex Slides worth Rs [redacted] on August 10th via DELHIVERY. The BMW Motorsport Slim Fit Men's Sweatpants worth Rs 2,[redacted] were missing. Despite constant follow-ups since August 10th, my order status shows as delivered. The customer support team keeps asking for more time, mentioning checks with the warehouse or transporter but offers no resolution. They fail to provide any delivery proof despite numerous requests. I seek attention to my issue to either receive the missing product or a refund of my hard-earned money.

This is Prabha Dwivedi, and my order number is [redacted]48. I purchased a set of 2 masks on 21st January [redacted] and received them on 23rd January [redacted]. Unfortunately, when I opened the package, I noticed that while one mask was the correct M size, the other was an L size. This mix-up was quite disappointing, as I had specifically ordered two masks in the M size from PUMA. I have previously had positive experiences with brands like Reebok and Adidas, with great quality products. However, this experience with PUMA has left me dissatisfied with the sizing and the handling of the issue. I appreciate PUMA's material quality, but the incorrect sizing and lack of customer focus have made this purchase disappointing. I would like to return the order and, in the future, I will avoid shopping at PUMA and will not recommend it to my friends and family.
