We made a reservation for a trip * months ago with Priceline. At that time we purchased travel insurance. When I tried to contact Price line one week ago, our materials appeared with a notice that our travel insurance had been rejected. This is the first notification of which we were aware that this insurance was not in place. This was very unfortunate as our adult son is very ill, and we cannot leave him alone at this time. He is suicidal at this time and cannot be left alone for one hour. We desired to cancel the trip or to reschedule for another date. Both my husband and I talked with persons who did not speak English as their first language, and we got nowhere and received no valuable information on cancelling this trip. How can we reschedule or cancel this trip as it is completely impossible for us to leave our home at this time? This trip is scheduled under the name of Suzanne Jones, and I do have the trip number.
