I really want to have the refund from the separated seat that we paid extra so we can cover the cost of getting our luggage home. ... We paid $*** extra to sit together on the plane from lax to Minneapolis. They had us sit separately. We wanted a refund. The airline would not sit us all together and they would not give us a refund. We paid extra because it was a night flight and we wanted to make sure they were safe as we were likely to fall asleep on the plane. We ended up not together and sitting next to strangers.**When we booked with Price line, we were not made aware that they charge $** per bag checked. Had we known, we would have chosen a different airline. There was no warning. We ended up having to pay an extra $*** just to get our stuff home. We would have to pay more to use them as carry-ons. I was so frustrated with this extra cost we did not budget for. If they are going to book you on a flight like that, they need to let you know. **I really want to have the refund from the separated seat that we paid extra so we can cover the cost of getting our luggage home.
WE PAID EXTRA FOR SAFETY REASONS FOR OUR DAUGHTERS. WE DID NOT GET TO SIT TOGETHER BECAUSE THEY CHANGED THE PLANE. We chose the flight we did because it was cheaper heading home. Then we had to pay $*** extra. We were never warned. If we had known, we would have chosen a different flight.
Refund the Money we paid to choose the seats to cover the cost of our luggage getting home.
We have been using Priceline for years. I think a company should honor the money you have paid for a service. If they do not provide that service then they should refund you the money.
