I made a reservation at the Days Inn Windcrest in San Antonio, TX for August 6-9, [redacted]. I initially checked out at 12pm, as indicated on my phone for a two-day stay, but the manager insisted on an 11am checkout. Despite no argument, on the fourth day, the manager prohibited me from staying, citing a disagreement over checkout times and my use of Priceline for reservations. After a conversation in their native language, the manager allowed me to stay for the night in a different section of the property. We were moved to a subpar room with roaches, a stark contrast to the previous quality service, leaving my family deeply offended. Documentation of the unpleasant room conditions led to a decision to cut short our vacation due to the unpleasant experience at the property.

During my recent stay at Extended Stay on [redacted] Roselle I90 from August 7 to August 10, [redacted], I encountered several cleanliness issues in my room, which I reported to the front desk. Despite initial cleaning efforts, there were ongoing problems like blood on the sheets and unsatisfactory bedding conditions. Even after discussing these concerns with multiple managers, the situation was not adequately addressed. The lack of attention to these issues and the dismissive attitude from the front desk staff, particularly BECKY, left me and my wife feeling uncomfortable continuing our stay. We expressed our dissatisfaction and requested a refund, but encountered unhelpful responses from the staff. The overall experience and the condition of the room made us unable to feel at ease staying at the hotel any longer.

I recently booked a room using confirmation numbers [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-22 and [redacted]3 for Monday, 8-20, but I realized immediately that I made an error. The booking was actually meant for Monday, 8-13. I tried calling Priceline right away to correct my mistake but had no luck, and then I lost my internet connection. I take full responsibility for the error and am willing to reach out to the motel directly to find a solution if possible. Additionally, if there's availability, I plan to book another room at the same motel for the correct date, the 13th. Thank you for any assistance and your prompt response. - Charlie

Hello, I attempted to book a flight last night for today but encountered an issue with your website. Despite providing my credit card information, the ticket appeared as unavailable. I made multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach out by phone both last night (3 times) and this morning (6 times). The answering machine indicated no flight was found and no charge was made to my credit card. Consequently, I proceeded to book through another website. Surprisingly, I received a confirmation email from Priceline this morning. As a result, I inadvertently have two tickets and would like to cancel the reservation made through Priceline. Thank you.

I encountered an issue booking a hotel room on Priceline last night due to a poor internet connection. When I attempted to book, the website froze and then restarted. Later, I discovered that I unintentionally booked the same room twice within seconds. I never received a confirmation email or number, and I was unable to complete the booking due to a card error message. Despite not staying at the hotel, I was charged for two rooms. I am seeking assistance to refund the duplicate charge promptly. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter quickly.

Hello, I'm Danielle Beltran. I made a reservation for a rental car via your service for $49. However, during pickup at Hertz, I was informed of an extra $[redacted] charge, which I couldn't pay as the credit card on file was declined. Consequently, I didn't take the car and had to make alternative arrangements for my trip. Surprisingly, I noticed a $49 charge on my credit card statement for a rental I never received. Hertz advised me to reach out to Priceline for a refund. Please advise on the necessary steps to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you. Danielle Beltran

I bought an express deal hotel room with bed choice options for $[redacted].98. After I made the payment, I found out the hotel only has one bed size and charges extra for a roll away bed, a daily resort fee of $22, and valet parking, which were not disclosed on Priceline's website. The hotel is The Richmond in Miami, FL. When I tried to get a refund from Priceline, they refused and offered no solution. I seek either a credit or refund for the total amount. I booked a different room for the same weekend through Priceline.

I recently realized my credit card was compromised and a charge from a hotel booking for a friends wedding was made fraudulently through my account. Initially, I disputed the charge as a Priceline charge, assuming it was the one in question. However, upon closer inspection, I discovered that the booking was actually made through Expedia. Despite this discrepancy, the charge was already closed due to my error, leaving Mastercard unable to assist further. I was advised to reach out to you to rectify this situation. The charge in question was made by Carol Wijas on 4/1/18 for $[redacted].34, with reference number 2*7PXVS5. Although I provided various contact numbers, no reservations were found under any of them. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

On August 15th, I visited the Priceline website to book a deal advertised at $[redacted].47 for August 17th with a check-out on August 18th at the Crowne Plaza in Ventura, CA. I attempted to make the reservation twice but received an error message both times. Despite this, I noticed two pending charges around $[redacted].00 on my bank statement. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the room was no longer available due to someone booking it before me. I found it misleading that the advertised price was still displayed even though the room was unavailable. Customer service was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation or solution. The frustrating part was that despite being told the room was unavailable, the same price was still listed for hours. I have used Priceline frequently without issues, but this experience was disappointing. I believe if the system had indicated the room's unavailability promptly, I would have understood, but that was not the case. I am willing to share evidence of the continued advertisement and my unsuccessful booking attempts if needed.

I reserved an express deal hotel stay for 4 nights, but upon check-in, I noticed white stains on the furniture in the room. Even after looking at multiple rooms, the cleanliness issue was consistent, so management agreed to cancel my reservation and refund the full amount. Using Priceline's express deals has been smooth in the past, but this recent experience was disappointing. Priceline customer service assured me of a refund, but mentioned I must wait for the bank to process it. Unfortunately, they couldn't assist with finding alternative accommodations for our intended stay dates. Given our need for a comfortable resting place due to our busy schedules, I hope Priceline can provide a suitable room for my wife and me from August 16th to 20th. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On August 3, [redacted], I booked a room at the Extended Stay America Hotel in Union Park through Priceline. Upon arrival, the hotel would not accept my debit card for the deposit, insisting on a credit card in my name, which I did not possess. The front desk advised me to contact Priceline's customer service. A Priceline representative explained they couldn't reach the hotel by phone, promising to investigate and follow up within 10 days. Although I paid $71.97, I haven't heard back from Priceline or received a refund as of August 18, [redacted]. I feel misled by Priceline's lack of communication regarding hotel payment policies. I plan to report this issue to the BBB and Consumer Rights Commission. This experience has deterred me from using Priceline again for discounted hotel bookings.

I made a reservation for a room at Miami Marriott on [redacted] North Bayshore Drive, Miami, FL, about an hour ago. I paid a higher rate because it allowed cancellations. Upon getting the confirmation, I realized it was not the Marriott on [redacted] Biscayne Boulevard as intended. I cancelled the reservation within 30 minutes but was charged $[redacted].67. I'm disappointed as I would not have booked if I knew about the cancellation fee so quickly. I kindly request a full refund of $[redacted].01 for Priceline Trip Number: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-28.

I've been charged twice for the same hotel stay. One charge was refunded, but the other refund is still pending since August 8, [redacted], at LaQuinta in Auburn, NA. After booking one night, the manager requested I leave due to my cancer treatment. I urgently need the remaining funds returned for essential expenses. I've tried to contact customer service with no success. Please respond promptly to avoid losing the American Cancer Society's account. Failure to address this within two hours will result in further action. Kindly, Kelly S.

I had a flight scheduled to Argentina with Latam Airlines on December 24, [redacted], booked through Priceline. Upon discovering my pregnancy and the Zika virus travel warning for pregnant women issued by the World Health Organization, I tried to cancel my trip. Despite providing all requested documents and contacting customer service multiple times, I did not receive a refund or cancellation confirmation before the flight, resulting in a loss of funds. The customer service experience was frustrating, with unfulfilled promises of call backs and unclear responses. Now, a year after giving birth and regaining time to address this issue, I seek compensation for the ordeal and a full refund for the unused flight. Avital B. Ticket Number: [redacted][redacted]

I made a reservation through airportrentalcars.com for a 7-seater SUV, specifically a Volvo XC90 or similar, using trip number [redacted]9. Upon arrival at LGW, Sitx informed me that the reserved vehicle was actually a smaller 5-seater SUV with limited trunk space, not suitable for my family's needs. To accommodate us, we had to pay an unplanned $[redacted] to upgrade to the appropriate vehicle class. I reached out to Sitx post-trip and discovered that there was a discrepancy in the advertised and provided car class. It's disheartening as a consumer to face the consequences of misleading information. I'm disappointed that my efforts to find a suitable and affordable option resulted in added costs due to the misrepresentation. I seek resolution and hope to regain trust in priceline and online transactions. Thank you.

I have always used Priceline for my travel and hotel bookings. I typically request a lower star hotel, but Priceline has consistently upgraded me to better accommodations, which has made me a happy customer. However, my recent stay on August 9th was disappointing. The hotel had only one small elevator for 38 floors, leading to long waits. Additionally, the room had overflowing garbage under the sink and exposed metal molding on the carpet, which caused me to injure my toe. I couldn't reach anyone for assistance and struggled to get extra towels and soaps during my 4-day stay. To add to the frustration, the hotel charged $15.00 per day for pool and Jacuzzi use, despite the beach being nearby. When questioning these charges, I was informed that Priceline should have disclosed this information prior to booking, which was not done.

I am experiencing a frustrating situation with my travel itinerary package [redacted]. The agent who cancelled my flight mentioned I had 24 hours to cancel the hotel. I was unable to do this online as instructed. Despite being assured I could cancel the entire package penalty-free before 8/29/[redacted] at 11:59 pm, I now find myself with a nonrefundable hotel room due to misinformation. It is unclear why I wasn't able to cancel the hotel as advised. I am currently disputing the hotel charge with Freedom Chase Visa. I urgently need to clarify who cancelled my flight, gave me the 24-hour window to cancel the package, and suggested I could cancel the hotel directly. This confusion has led to unnecessary issues.

I booked a four-star hotel in San Francisco for September 6th-8th and received confirmation number [redacted]8. Minutes later, Priceline informed me that the hotel did not accept my offer. Following a call, Chelsea helped me secure a room at the Sheraton Hotel on Fisherman’s Wharf, promising free parking and Wi-Fi. This was significant as I was celebrating my 66th birthday, a gift from my husband. Upon reviewing, I discovered the parking cost $70 per night with no Wi-Fi. Upon requesting proof of payment, I was puzzled as they had charged me before disclosing the hotel. The experiences with Priceline's support have been disappointing; I seek assistance to stay at the originally booked hotel. If not resolved, I am considering sharing my ordeal with the media. Urgently awaiting your response. Thank you, Lynda H.

I made a flight booking over two months ago, but my reservations were unexpectedly canceled without any notification. With the trip just a week away, I contacted customer service last night seeking assistance. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide a valid reason for the cancellation or rebook me at the same price. Frustrated, I had to rebook my flights at a higher cost. Despite making a new reservation through Expedia this time, due to the last-minute nature of the booking, the airfare prices were considerably more expensive. Today, I attempted to cancel my car rental reservation with Priceline to take advantage of a cheaper deal through Expedia. However, Priceline refused to refund or match the price, citing different car rental companies. This lack of flexibility and poor customer service in handling both my flight and car rental concerns within 24 hours has left me disappointed. I am requesting reimbursement for the additional costs incurred due to these issues and have decided to no longer use Priceline in the future.
