We stated clearly that we would be arriving late, but we couldn't get in. We ended up paying $** to stay at the hotel across the street, after giving $ to a person who we met on the street (to call the phone number and follow the instructions that they gave us via email). We have no phone usage here. *When I advised them of that, this was their response :*Dear Anastasia, We close the reception at **:**, after that you need to call*us to *** *********.
