The issue in GetHuman-mbbargen's own words
The issue is I attempted to make a reservation through Priceline to SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western a few days ago. When making that reservation online, after putting in all my information needed to do so the page stopped loading. I waited for over an hour thinking it would load and the internet was just be slow. I then called the Hotel direct and explained what was happening and the desk clerk had actually told me that someone else had just called in as well saying they were having issues making a reservation through Priceline website. Because of that we thought we thought the website was having technical difficulties and it was best i log out and book direct through them as they had limited rooms left for the weekend. I asked the desk clerk by logging out if you guys (Priceline) would charge my card. She said no because it’s being held for reservation. So the problem this morning is I happen to look at my bank account and I’m being charged for * nights. When we are only here * nights.
