I ordered food through Post mates. The $** order included $* guacamole. When it arrived I noticed the guacamole was brown*not fresh. I reported to Postmates through their app immediately. I got an automated reply saying they will provide feedback. The following day a representative sent me a similar reply. I made clear that I felt I should get refunded the $* for food that was bad. They refuse to do anything about this and told me there was nothing they could do.

GetHuman4166098 did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
