I have work at * am most days, so as normally, I went to sleep at * pm on the **rd, and my phone was on the charger on the ground while I was asleep on my bed. When I had woken up at midnight on Christmas Eve, I saw a strange charge that left my debit card ** dollars in debt because of a year long Postmates subscription. I have never even ordered anything from Postmates and I had no intention of buying any type of year long subscription to anything. I have no idea how this transaction occurred, but all I ask is I get a full refund. I haven't used this app and have no intention of any type of subscription. Please get back to me soon. This charge has ruined my Christmas and my week. I was not awake while the transaction took place.
GetHuman-majinbuu did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
