I went and picked up the order from Pho le and I posted the receipt I delivered it to the customer but I made a mistake and I didn't get the entire order. I went back to the restaurant and my postmates pre paid card was declined because I thought I already picked up the entire order. I cancelled the order because I was trying to prevent the customer from being charged the full $**.** that was being charged on the customers end. I corresponded with the customer and she let me know that was the price she was being charged. I cancelled it thinking I would be looking out for the best interest in the customer but I did deliver to her what was on the receipt I posted on the postmates app. I really want to continue doing postmates but my account is now on hold. I hope to have this issue resolved as soon as possible. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and I really hope we can resolve this issue and I can continue to work for postmates.
