I wanted to let you know that my recent order from Habit was missing a burger, which is the second time this has happened. I am disappointed with this recurring issue and it has made my experience with the service quite frustrating. I am a university student struggling to afford meals, so when I decide to splurge on a burger, I expect it to be included in my order. As an Unlimited member, I believe my loyalty should be reciprocated with better attention to detail. I kindly request a refund and a replacement for the missing item. Unless this matter is rectified, I may have to consider using a different delivery service in the future. I hope we can resolve this and prevent it from happening again.

I want to report an issue with a business called Gooey on the Inside Cookies located at [redacted] Chrystie Street, NY, NY [redacted]. The owner, Kafi Dublin, has been misusing the Postmates app by creating deliveries through Postmates for orders received from Grubhub/Seamless instead of fulfilling them directly. This undermines the fairness of the system, as they pay delivery persons just $7 to pick up orders from their store and drop them off to customers. This business is essentially using a competitor's platform to benefit themselves, which violates Postmates' Terms of Use. Evidence of this can be seen in the daily deliveries from Gooey on the Inside Cookies. It is essential to address such behavior to uphold fair practices among companies. I am experiencing difficulty cashing out to my card ending in [redacted]. The system won't allow it, suggesting an issue with my Visa debit card. I have confirmed with my bank that everything is in order. Despite removing and adding the card again, the problem persists. I have followed the advice of my bank. I encountered a problem with two separate orders I had to pick up at Quiznos in Mesa. The address provided, **** E. Southern Suite ***, does not seem to host a Quiznos branch. The correct address is **** East Southern Ave., Mesa, AZ [redacted], but this location is not linked with Postmates. Many other drivers seem to have faced the same issue of not finding the correct Quiznos branch. Unfortunately, there is no option to cancel the delivery due to the wrong pick-up address. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences using Postmates. Initially, I placed an order at McAlister's Deli only to discover 15 minutes later that the restaurant was permanently closed after accepting my card. Next, I tried Atlanta Bread, selected my items, and checked out, only to be informed that one of the items I wanted was not available. Finally, at New York Deli, I was told my order was ready for pick up despite using Postmates for delivery. This has been an incredibly frustrating series of events, with three failed attempts to get a meal for my sick sibling at home. Postmates, this has been the worst service I have ever encountered in all my previous orders.

I am a manager at True Food Kitchen in Mosaic, Fairfax VA. Today, a woman placed an order via Postmates. Unfortunately, the driver, who was on his first delivery, arrived without a payment card and was unsure of the order details. After downloading the app, I noticed that it indicates my profile picture is verified and my prepaid card is activated, but my background check is still in progress. My Ynorder was supposed to arrive by 9:22 pm, but the delivery time kept changing. After calling the restaurant, they informed me that my order had been picked up 15 minutes before my call. Despite being nearby, the delivery arrived at 9:55 pm, making me wait longer. The restaurant owner mentioned they often receive complaints about delayed deliveries from Postmates. Unfortunately, my food was not hot anymore, and I am disappointed with this experience.

I am a first-time user of Postmates, and unfortunately, my experience has not been pleasant. Initially, the total for my order was $41.62, but I was actually charged $49.77. I placed my order at 4:57, with an estimated arrival time of 5:28, which was continuously pushed back. The app showed that the driver was picking up my order, but the estimated time kept getting delayed. When I called the driver, he said my food would be ready in a few minutes and he would be on his way. However, it has been 20 minutes since that call, and he has yet to leave the restaurant. I am now unable to cancel without incurring charges. This fast food place usually serves me quickly, so waiting over an hour is unacceptable. I am highly dissatisfied with the extra fees and the poor service provided.

I ordered breakfast and coffee for my husband's birthday, but the delivery was delayed multiple times. I was informed that some items were unavailable and couldn't cancel without charges. When more items became unavailable, I wanted to cancel but was told I had to pay full price. The delivery person refused to bring the order to my door. I had to collect it myself. I am Ashot B., a Postmate delivery driver, and I have an issue with my payout check. Over the past 5-6 days, my Postmate app keeps going offline automatically, and I receive messages asking to verify my device. After verifying, I get a confirmation message that my device is registered, but this cycle repeats daily since Sunday. Despite reaching out to Postmate for help, I haven't received any responses. Someone claiming to be from Postmate called me and suggested changing my password and verifying my email. On 12/12/[redacted], $[redacted].96 and on 12/13/[redacted], $59.01 were cashed out from my account, but the funds have not reached my bank as my debit card number had been changed without my knowledge. I checked my email and noticed that Postmates had given me a complimentary milkshake from Burger King as a token of appreciation for being a loyal customer, so I decided to redeem it. The delivery person sent a notification saying they were outside my door, but when I looked, they were nowhere to be seen. After checking the app, I realized they were on a different block. Eventually, my order was canceled, and I was charged $15, leading to an overdraft fee on my bank account. This experience was frustrating, and I feel it was unfair to be charged for something I didn't receive. Hello, I recently made an order with Postmates in Detroit, MI at 12:53 PM for Cottage Inn Pizza. However, it's now 2:07 PM and my order has not arrived. The delivery car disappeared from the map about 10 minutes ago, and I received a call from a number flagged as Scam Likely, but no voicemail was left to confirm it was the driver. As a bartender, I haven't eaten for three days, and I'm extremely hungry and tired, which is why I opted for delivery. I'm feeling very frustrated and expect a refund. In the future, it would be helpful if drivers used identifiable numbers when contacting customers, such as the one named Kree in this case.
