I ordered a $47 meal from McDonald’s, and my delivery kept getting delayed. When I contacted the driver, Harry, he informed me that he hadn't picked up my order and was heading home. He seemed to be under the influence and was unhelpful. He directed me to contact Postmates, but no phone number was provided. I am appalled by this poor service. I demand a refund for the $47 spent on the app and compensation for the significant inconvenience caused.

I had a delivery driver bring Jack in the Box to [redacted] Roscoe Blvd in Panorama City, CA, but he initially went to the wrong side of the building. After guiding him, he read messages rudely and had a bad attitude. As a security officer, I mentioned his demeanor affecting safety. He threatened to report me and then dropped the food off at the front desk with the same attitude. Upon leaving, he took a photo of me and made a rude remark before speeding off in the emergency parking lot. I request that the picture he took of me be deleted and that he not return as I will have to involve the police and pursue legal action against him and the company.

Hello, I intended to pay for an order with my Postmates credit card. However, I added and photographed the receipt before the card was charged, resulting in the card being declined. Unaware of the issue, I used my personal credit card to cover the cost and delivered the order. The customer, unaware that they were charged, paid me with a check made out to CASH. We agreed that I would hold the check until confirming with Postmates to avoid double charging the customer. I wonder if I should return the check to the customer and seek reimbursement for the order. I now understand the correct procedure for adding funds to a Postmates card if declined. I apologize for any confusion caused by my mistake as a new delivery person. I have also reached out to the Postmates help center for support. Thanks, Ken Wilson.

I subscribed to a 7-day free delivery trial and ordered $25.77 worth of food. The app froze during checkout, causing me to restart my phone and place the order again, but this time without free delivery, amounting to $30.20. Checking my bank statement, I noticed charges of $25.77, $30.20, and $95.88 on the same day. I only authorized payment for the $30.20 order. I contacted Postmates support regarding the issue, but no resolution has been provided for these unauthorized charges.

My name is Jalin and I have previously used your services, although not in the last 2 weeks. Today, I faced an issue at the grocery store when my card was declined. A bank teller alerted me to an unexpected charge from Postmates on my account for $36.14, along with a $1 tip charge that I did not authorize. Due to this error, I was unable to purchase my groceries, and my bank mentioned that the refund process would take 7-10 business days. This has left me without $40 during this period. I am requesting a refund for the incorrect charge of $37.14 as soon as possible. This situation has occurred to a friend of mine as well, leading us to consider using Doordash and Grubhub instead. Enhancing your online security measures would be greatly beneficial for your business. I hope to receive a prompt response from your team regarding this matter.

The app keeps shutting down on me, saying it's inefficient. I have checked everything is in place, but it keeps sending me to the wrong address. I put my best effort into each delivery, so it's frustrating when I'm shut down after putting in so many hours, especially when everything was going well. I suspect some customers may be trying to take advantage, which ends up costing me. It's also disappointing when I drive to a location, try to pick up an order, and then it's canceled while I'm already there. I feel I should receive compensation for my time in such situations. Additionally, I've noticed that when I am close to reaching a goal, the app seems to stop sending me deliveries. Similarly, I can be in a busy area for an hour and not receive any orders. I would appreciate it if these issues could be addressed promptly. Thank you.

As a new driver for Postmates, I'm enjoying my experience but I've encountered an issue with the GPS system. After picking up an order from the correct location, the GPS inaccurately tracked my whereabouts, leading me to a residential street instead of the actual destination. This delayed the delivery of a Starbucks coffee to the customer. Despite the system repeatedly suggesting I was going in the wrong direction, I'm an experienced former cab driver familiar with efficient routes. I request that Postmates investigate and address these GPS inaccuracies. Overall, I'm enjoying my time driving for Postmates.

Hello, My name is Shreelatha, and I live in Canada. In October, while on a family trip in the US, we used Postmates in Phoenix for food delivery. However, upon returning to Canada, I discovered an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].60 on Nov 26th. I did not make this transaction and am concerned about the large amount. I have tried to contact Postmates without success in the past 24 hours. My registered email with Postmates is [redacted] I am hesitant to provide my credit card details here for safety reasons. Hello, my name is Heidi Redman. I submitted an application a few weeks ago. The background check showed my driver's license as suspended, which is incorrect. I have an sr-22 insurance policy that reinstated my license in California. I will provide a copy of this policy. The check also listed a drug charge from [redacted], which is accurate. However, I have since maintained sobriety, completed residential rehab, and continue with outpatient care while residing in a sober living home. I attend NA meetings regularly and am dedicated to my recovery. I am attaching photos of my rehab graduation and completion letter. I am eager to work as an independent contractor driver for Postmates. I am committed to providing excellent customer service and representing Postmates professionally. Someone unauthorized accessed my account and made purchases without my consent. I noticed the recent orders, which were not made by me and showed a location in Florida while I reside in California. I reached out via email immediately after seeing these transactions, but have not received any response yet. I want a refund for these fraudulent purchases. The help section on the website only provides instructions to change passwords, which I did. However, another unauthorized order was placed even after changing my password. A phone number for direct contact would be beneficial, along with timely responses to emails to address such issues effectively.

Hello, I'm Plamen Angelov, a driver for Postmates. Every time I have an order from Chili's, there always seems to be an issue. I rely on the information provided by the Postmates app but find that Chili's frequently leaves out items from the order, causing me to make return trips at no compensation. This results in wasted time for me, and even though I receive reminders from Postmates to complete the delivery, the delay is frustrating. The service at Chili's is slow, with long wait times for orders despite having plenty of staff. Today, I had to go back for forgotten chips, causing further inconvenience. I don't recommend this restaurant to others based on these experiences.

I frequently use Postmates and have always had a positive experience. Recently, my family and I ordered burritos from Alfredo's through the app for around $31. However, we were surprised to learn that we had to pick up the order ourselves, despite using a delivery service. We managed to find someone to help retrieve the food, only to discover it was located 45 minutes away in West Covina, California, whereas we reside in Rancho Cucamonga, California. It was frustrating to be offered food so far away, and when attempting to cancel, I was informed I would lose all my money. This situation would force us to pay double for dinner if we ordered from another place, which is unacceptable. I kindly request a refund for the order from Alfredo's, as it was inconvenient to travel such a distance for burritos. I hope for a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue to maintain my satisfaction with the service. Thank you.

I placed an order at Fat Burger on 1/29/18 at 6 p.m., but my order was completely wrong. I tried to contact the delivery person, Michael, but he had already left. When I brought the food back to Fat Burger to have it remade correctly, they refused to do so. After some back and forth, I discovered that Michael had only ordered what he wanted instead of what I paid for. He paid $26 while I paid $41 plus $11.49. I feel like he cheated me out of my money. I placed an order with Power Smoothie Aventura on Friday, November 30 for 4 chipotle wraps with extra cheese, 2 PB&J with blueberries, and a power smoothie with multivitamin. Despite the confirmation for 4 wraps, the driver only brought one and complained about the bill amount. Even after showing him the menu with the correct prices, he took the order. Later, the client arrived upset and demanded a refund which we couldn't provide. He left angrily and threw part of his order. I believe he deserves an explanation for the mix-up. I placed an order with Postmates at the 7 Eleven on 38 S Paca Street in Baltimore, MD. My delivery driver was Bobby B. Unfortunately, my order was missing two bars of Irish Spring soap, a bag of 7 Eleven Fiery Hot chips, a 1-liter Brisk Iced Tea, 2 one-liter 7 Eleven waters, and 2 Good Humor Oreo Cookie Bars. I expect better communication regarding out-of-stock items. When I contacted the store about the missing items, I was hung up on twice, which is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with this level of service. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will switch to using Ubereats and notify others about my negative experience with Postmates. I placed an order at 6, but the first driver arrived soon after and mentioned a 45-minute wait. Unfortunately, I missed their calls because I was in the shower. It seems like he either canceled the order or reassigned it to another driver without notifying me, as it was never canceled on my end. Then the subsequent driver, Brittney W., arrived, but she couldn't pay with the card provided, so I had to cancel the initial order that I already paid for and place a new one. Shortly after I reordered, the restaurant called for payment as the order was ready, so I paid over the phone. Consequently, I had to cancel the second order too. I want a refund directly to my card instead of it being credited, as I won't use Postmates again. It's important to me that the driver is compensated for her time and the inconvenience caused.

I placed an order at Chipotle tonight, but they called to say they couldn't fulfill part of it and would cancel the order. However, the delivery driver arrived at the restaurant and asked if I canceled. After clarifying, he mentioned that I needed to cancel on my end to proceed. I obliged, but later noticed a $17 charge as the order was being picked up. I believe there was an error on Chipotle's end as I shouldn't have been charged the fee when they couldn't provide part of the order and promised to cancel it. Can I please request a refund for the cancellation fee incurred?

On November 26th, I ordered 3 sandwiches for my kids and me. Unfortunately, after waiting for an hour and a half, the order hadn't arrived. When I contacted the driver, she claimed to be outside the store. However, after more time passed, the order was canceled. Upon calling the store, I discovered that the Postmates driver had placed the order but abandoned it. I had to drive to the store for fresh sandwiches as the original ones were cold. Despite being charged $33, the platform shows no charge. I've reached out multiple times and need the $33 refunded. Money is tight, and I can't afford to pay for undelivered food and poor service. I am disappointed as I did not receive all the items I ordered from Postmates. Despite a late delivery where the driver did not even exit the car, I only got one meal out of the three I paid for, with the toppings for a second and no drink. I am not interested in a service credit; I want a full refund for the missing items. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate it by disputing the charge with my card company, contacting the Better Business Bureau, and informing the state’s attorney general's office about Postmates' unacceptable business practices. This experience has led me to turn to another service for my needs. I trust this issue will be addressed promptly to avoid further escalation. Hello! I placed an order from Cornish Pasty Co. through Postmates to be delivered at 2:20, but it's now 3:06 and my order hasn't arrived. My delivery person, Damien, notified me that he was in the wrong location via voicemail, but I couldn't call him back to correct it. When I went outside to look for him, he had already left after waiting for five minutes instead of ten. I contacted customer service to complain that my order wasn't delivered, but they blamed me for not being available even though I couldn't communicate my correct location. I believe I shouldn't have to pay for an undelivered order due to this confusion. Despite receiving notifications that the order was delivered, the reality is the delivery person never made it to me.
