I’m really very upset about this I’m starving and I have no food in my new apartment so I ordered food, I wait an hour, and half my order is here and somebody had actually ripped some pieces off of my chicken sandwich. So I get a sandwich that has been very obviously nibbled-on, and it’s completely missing the extra side of fries that I ordered. I want a refund for this as well as a refund on the meal I’m about to order. I have to order food again now and I think that should be on y’all. **Also, this person was not the person that the app said was going to be delivering my food. Crystal is a black woman according to her picture, and this woman that cake here was white with completely different hair and stature. **And when I told her my fries weren’t here, she just said “oh I don’t know anything about your order I just pick it up and bring it” and ran away. Totally unacceptable. I understand that you can’t control the behavior of everyone, but I do think y’all should make it right and refund both the meals I’m going to have to order tonight.
