Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-psplm will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-psplm's own words

upload my ID which they wont take and its current and valid ... I signed up for Postmates but checkr has suspended my background check because they keep asking for a Drivers Licence. But the problem is I'm using and sending my ID which is not a license and the Postmates website say you do not have to have a car. So if someone does not have a car, most likely they only have a state ID and my ID has been rejected twice and now background check is suspended. I'm a very disappointed veteran. I'm working on a bicycle I do UberEats and Doordash and they accepted my ID so why isn't postmates cooperating with me.

The postmates website says you can sign up and deliver with a bike or scooter which SHOULD mean I can use a ID card because I do not have a license. The website never said that you can only use a License ..the type of ID's that must be used, was never specified so this problem is holding me up from working.

contacting checkr and accepting the same ID that UberEats and Postmates just accepted.
