Get my food ... I ordered with Postmates on ******** at *:** from Outback in Roseville Michigan. The order arrived at *:** and when I said something to the driver he said sorry ma’am so much traffic...Needless to say I live a mile and a half away from Outback. I told him my food was now freezing cold and he just said sorry ma’am. I called Outback to speak to the manager Briana also to complain to be told that he was at the restaurant but then left for about ** minutes and there was no contact number for them to get a hold of anyone to see if they were picking the order up. I just $** to have cold food that took an hour and a half to get to me. This is the first and last time I will use this company and will make sure I express it on Social Media as well. Extremely disappointed. I would definitely like some sort of refund and when I asked for the company number he told me there wasn’t one. You are more then welcome to speak to the manager at Outback Roseville Michigan at ***-***-**** as she told me this was actually their first order from your company as well and was going to speak to the JVP of their company on what to do about this situation.
