The issue in GetHuman-bethatup's own words
I purchased a subscription on ******** for the monthly amount of *:** (do not remember exact amount) and gave you my account debit card as payment. I just printed out my bank statement and am EXTREMELY angry because the entire amount of the yearly subscription of $**.** ($**.** from my ITunes and the balance of $**.** from my debit card) was deducted by your company. I DID NOT authorize this payment and demand that the entire fraudulent payment be credited to my debit card account! As a result of this FRAUDULENT deduction I am now going to withdraw my entire subscription. I’m also concerned that this may be a scam because there is no way to reach your customer service personnel by phone (***-***-**** answered by a recording with no way to access a REAL HUMAN BEING). The reference to this withdrawal is Doc * ************. I URGENTLY request that I be reached through my email at *****@***.com or by phone at (***) ***-**** AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!! **Beth Donnelly
