Hi I had money taken out of my account. I have cancelled*deleted my account. I've tried ringing plenty of fish during open hours but it keeps saying it is currently closed. What do I do to get my money back, it says I am within rights to get my money back if it's within ** days of subscription and I cancelled*deleted just after **hrs as that is all it would let me.
