Plentyoffish doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-tealtank will need to dig through the advice provided by Plentyoffish, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-tealtank's own words
I haven't been on POF for *months plus. The billing cycle is random and just showed up as an upgraded member for **.**. The only email prior to that was that my account would be cancelled in * weeks* * weeks later I was charged. This is every *-*.* months they have charged me **.**. My user history shows no activity, no read messages, no usage of the site* I don't even have the app on my phone. I want at least **.** refunded but would greatly appreciate **.**. I emailed and called customer service within ** hours of the charge notice and have not received any response. I finally figured out how to delete my profile today
GetHuman-tealtank did not yet indicate what Plentyoffish should do to make this right.
