I am aware that you can earn through the app, but I am unable to locate the 'earn' button on my hub even though I fulfill all the requirements. I have checked all the conditions listed below. I have also subscribed to the email for the created fund, but I have not received any email notifications yet. It would be helpful if your company had a helpline for assistance. I had a Pinterest account under the email [redacted], but I changed my provider and created a new email, [redacted] I tried changing the email on the account, but as it was sent to the old email, I created a new account to save my pins. I contacted Pinterest to combine the two accounts for the same person, but received no response. Later, I found posts going to the old email and tried changing it to the new one, but it said another account with that email existed. Since there was no response from Pinterest, I created the second account. After multiple attempts to resolve this through emails with no response, I find the lack of customer service frustrating. I simply want the two accounts merged.

I keep receiving notifications that a product Pin has been removed due to violating the Merchant Guidelines, claiming it contains weapons. The phone number associated with my account is incorrect as I am not a merchant. I suspect my account has been hacked, as this issue has occurred 14 times in a short period. As technology is not my forte, communication is a challenge. I would appreciate assistance from Pinterest security. Could someone please contact me on my cell phone at [redacted]? I have also experienced breaches on multiple occasions and received alerts from credit reporting agencies about 12 breaches, the most recent in February [redacted]. The individual responsible is not me, as I am a 64-year-old retiree who uses Pinterest for leisure and has never promoted anything.

Pinterest has recently been removing pins from my boards due to violations of their Terms of Service. They have now informed me that they may suspend my account. The reason provided is regarding the private buying or selling of regulated goods on Pinterest, such as drugs, alcohol, marijuana, tobacco, guns, illegal weapons, and products derived from endangered species. Interestingly, Pinterest allows links to Etsy, Ebay, and even promoted pins from Amazon for swords. I had saved a pin of a sword which has since been removed. I have not purchased any such items nor am I the original pinner of these items. I have reached out to Pinterest customer service twice via email, providing screenshots both times. Unfortunately, I have only received canned responses, indicating that my concerns may not have been thoroughly reviewed.

I would like Pinterest to delete my account and information. I have attempted to delete it multiple times, but when I try, it says an email will be sent to complete the process, which never arrives. I keep receiving unwanted emails from Pinterest. I have changed my username to "F*** Off" to express my frustration. Please have a human review my account to see that I do not wish to be associated with Pinterest. Kindly delete my account, information, and cease sending me emails. Thank you.

Hello Team Pinterest, While trying to access the Beta version of your new app "Shuffle," I encountered an error when attempting to join the waiting list. The issue I'm facing states "Data couldn't be read because it isn't the right format." Despite my efforts to resolve this, I couldn't find any information or assistance due to the app being new. I am curious to understand the reason behind this error and how I can troubleshoot it. I recently discovered that a picture of mine is being used without my permission on your platform. The image is being promoted as a way for users to access free content. Not only was my picture used without consent, but also there is no credit given to me as the owner. This has led to a situation where the image is no longer sellable since it can be easily copied by anyone. As a result, I have faced financial losses. I expect a response from your team regarding this matter and an explanation of your policies. Hello Pinterest Team, I recently discovered that my Pinterest account has been suspended for allegedly breaching community guidelines. Surprisingly, I did not receive any notification regarding this suspension. As a 13-year-old writer, I collaborate with my best friend on Pinterest and I can assure you that I have never engaged in any spamming activities. I sincerely believe that I have not violated any guidelines, and I kindly request your assistance in reinstating my account. If I inadvertently saved some Pins multiple times, I apologize as it was probably due to miscategorization. I have recently learned how to organize my Pins into the correct boards and have been rectifying any errors promptly. I am experiencing frustration as I cannot contact you via email, as no email address is provided, as requested. When attempting to delete my account in Settings, an incorrect email address, [redacted], is displayed. The email address should be [redacted] with a "t" after the "r." However, upon updating the correct email, I receive an error message stating the address is already in use. This issue is preventing me from deleting my account, which contains inappropriate images I did not post. Please, using the correct email, [redacted], kindly proceed with the deletion of my account. I sincerely hope that upon searching for Pinterest in the future, I will not be directed to my current account. I remain expecting the prompt removal of the mentioned account. Hello, I am following up on your email today regarding the removal of one of the Pins from my board "Sensual Women," as it was found to violate the guidelines of your Community Guidelines on adult content. Since this is not the first time I have received such an email, I would like to provide some explanations and raise some concerns: I do not create any pins; I only save existing pins to my personal space. I fully understand that some pins may not meet your terms of use and may need to be removed, but this should only happen if the pin is deleted from the creator's account as well as from all those who have saved it to their own boards. If you can confirm that you consistently follow this process, it would satisfy me. Otherwise, it could be seen as unequal treatment. I look forward to your response. Best regards, Sylvain L.

I need help accessing my Pinterest account. I previously used an email that I no longer have access to, but I can still log in using that email and password. However, recently I have been automatically logged out and when I try to log back in, I receive a message stating there has been unusual activity on my account. It is prompting me to reset my password or log in using Facebook or Google. I am unsure how to proceed and would appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my account.

I have tried multiple times to log into Pinterest without receiving the second authentication code via text. I even changed my password, thinking someone might have tampered with my account, but still no text came through. I've faced this issue at least three times before and I want to find a way to access my account and change the authentication method, as the current one is not effective. On October 14th, they asked for a survey about their resolution of this problem. However, nothing has changed as I still don't receive the validation code when trying to log in. It would be helpful if they ensure the functionality is fixed before sending out surveys for feedback.

I have a brain injury and struggle with using computers. I have multiple Gmail accounts, a full Comcast email, and a .com email, but I cannot access two of my mobile accounts due to a mix-up. I don't know which email my images are linked to, and I can't recall the passwords. I can provide my email addresses and phone numbers in hopes of recovering these accounts; I'm anxious not to lose my images. I realize this may be confusing, but I desperately need help. My husband's name is Andrew (Andy) Fireman, and his email is [redacted] I may also use the email [redacted] I have additional Gmail accounts, but I rarely use them. Please assist me. I received an email stating a pin in my secret board violated the terms of service but then it was deemed not a violation. This conflicting information is confusing. I am not the original creator of the pin in question. It would be helpful if the communication was clearer. If a pin is allowed to be created on your platform, it should be acceptable for users to have it saved. I believe there should be more clarity in communication. When addressing violations, it would be more effective to approach the creator directly rather than all users who saved the pin. It would improve the platform's user experience.

I recently received an email from Pinterest informing me that a recent item I selected was considered too borderline suggestive and had to be removed. I haven't used the Pinterest app in years and no longer have the same interest in vintage needlework as I did before. Lately, I've received several similar messages from Pinterest about rejected items. I initially deleted them assuming they were mistakes, but today's email seemed particularly strange. As I no longer use my old Pinterest account, I would like to request its closure. Unfortunately, I can't recall my username or password due to the extended period of inactivity. My Pinterest account, along with all my apps, got hacked. I was forced to purchase a new phone and SIM card, as well as change my phone number. Sadly, I no longer have access to my favorite app, Pinterest, where I have a surprisingly large following. My email login was compromised a few weeks ago, and I am unable to regain access to my original email address. Despite trying various passwords, I am unable to log in to my account. I'm eager to regain access to my original account, under the ID jessicaimarshall. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Good evening, I have repeatedly come across websites offering items at very low prices. Unfortunately, I fell into the trap for two items. These scammers change the name of their store every fifteen days to a month but still offer the same attractive item. It is impossible to contact them or subscribe as they suggest. The two items are: 1- a mini shovel at a ridiculous price, 2- a large flexible and indestructible flat-screen TV. In both cases, I expected high shipping costs, a common practice by Asian sellers. In this situation, the fees were more than reasonable. I have not received either of these items. I have never had any contact with the different sellers who, however, display the same postal address? What do you intend to do promptly? Thank you for a quick response. Sincerely.

Hello, I attempted to log into my Pinterest account from my computer, but due to entering the wrong password, my account got locked. I was initially trying to log in to update my email address as the current one, [redacted], is no longer valid, and I wish to change it to [redacted] I set up this account when I was quite young and now wish to update my information. However, I am unable to access my account as Pinterest has reset my password and sent the link to the inactive email address. I have been using this account since around [redacted] or [redacted] and would be willing to provide proof of identity if necessary. I am seeking assistance on how Pinterest can help me reset my account.

I'm experiencing issues accessing my Pinterest account on my iMac. The buttons on the website are inactive, preventing me from utilizing some features like continuing on the help page. While I can access my boards as a follower, I'm unable to do so as the owner. Interestingly, I can access my account without any problems on my Sony phone and old iPad, although the help page doesn't load there. However, my iMac seems to be problematic. Even when I click on suggested links from emails, only the header loads, leaving the rest of the page blank. The find my account page starts loading but gets stuck, and the login webpage shows only a white blank screen. I've attempted to search for a phone number for assistance but have only found a US one, not a UK one.
