I reported my debit card lost two days ago & a replacement is being sent to me. **But I am currently locked out of my online banking & cannot reset the password without entering the old debit card*. **Although my phone* is*was on my acct (I used to get txt alerts from PNC) I am unable to verify my acct with that in lieu of the debit card*, for whatever reason.**I live in Texas so I am unable to visit a branch. I'm being told I have to wait for the card to arrive in a week. **Note: I've had the same password for seven years & did have not changed it. I didn't enter it incorrectly * times in a row & cause the lockout. **Also, an online purchase using my acct* & routing * was declined today, which shouldn't hve been, so now I can't even come up with a Plan B while I wait for the password issue to resolve itself.
