I visited Petco Grooming in Maaryland- Golden Ring yesterday ******. This is only my second time at this location since I am relocating to Maryland. The first time my dog was groomed, I excused the groomer for mistakenly cutting his tail and also gave a pass for the cut also not being what I am use to. I made the worse decision by giving her another chance weeks later, yesterday and low and behold his tail was cut once again and this time the cut was totally noticably awful. He is very uneven, choppy looking and so noticeable that even my family and neighbors could tell the difference. I started to carry him back after giving him a good overview but I am not nervous to do so, for it may be too traumatic or even the fear of them being angry that I even complained. One thing I know for sure, I will NOT bring him back. I will travel * *** hours back to PA to get him groomed properly. At this point, I still need to have him groomed once again, since hair is so uneven and his coat does not look good like that. I know I can not get my money back, but I do come to spend money periodically on food and treats for my dog, so store credit of my $** that I spent for nothing would be appreciated. If my money can not be returned, since I shop their rarely.
