good morning. I checked my bank statement and discovered that you had taken £***.** out of my account on !*th September.*I contacted one of you people on that date and he agreed to return my money because i had not told them to renew my account with Ourtime. He has failed to repay it so i will take this matter further. I never agreed to let you take money from my account.and as far as i am concerned you you have taken the money without my consent. If this money has not been returned to my account within * days i will take further action through my solicitor .*Rodney Cooper (rodders**) my name on site.
