Your Ourtime subscription automatically renews until you cancel it.
Once you cancel your Ourtime subscription, it will remain active until your current subscription period has elapsed. You cannot get a partial refund for your unused time.
If you subscribed to Ourtime through the Apple store, you need to cancel your subscription in the Subscriptions section of your phone settings. Just tap on the name of the subscription, then tap "Cancel Subscription" and then confirm it.
Likewise, if you subscribed to Ourtime through the Google Play store, you will need to cancel your subscription there. You can do this via the Subscriptions section of your phone settings. Just select the "Manage" option next to the subscription name then tap on "Cancel subscription," then confirm that this is really what you want to do.
