To Whom It May Concern**I have received two emails from Orbitz. The first email concerning the cancellation of my flight from Ufa Russia to Moscow Russia that was scheduled for Tuesday ** May **** at *:** AM on Aeroflot-Russian Airlines flight number: SU ****. The second email concerning the service of Orbitz and Aeroflot-Russian Airlines.*I will answer the second question first. I am very dissatisfied with my service with Aeroflot-Russian Airlines. *Here is what happened. *Our flight from Minneapolis was close to leave at *:** PM had mechanical problems when it was leaving Chicago and they did not arrive at the Minneapolis airport till *:** PM. The flight did not get off the ground to *:** PM the time that we were supposed to be landing in Chicago. During our waiting. During our wait to catch this flight we were assured several times that we would make our connection to our * PM Helsinki flight. However, we did not touch down in Chicago until *:** PM because of those delays due to mechanical issues and we missed the Helsinki flight by the time the unloading of the airplane was completed. We were rebooked on American Airline flight that took us to Paris and then to Moscow. But unfortunately, that flight arrived in Moscow at approximately * PM Moscow time. Then the next development was that our luggage was lost somewhere between Minneapolis and Moscow which meant we had to fill out all the paperwork for that loss luggage before we left the customs area in Moscow Russia. Which resulted in our not being able to catch our scheduled flight to Ufa Russia.*Upon attempting to rebook our flight from Moscow Russia to Ufa Russia we were shuffled from Aeroflot-Russian Airlines international counter to Aeroflot-Russian Airlines domestic counter then to the Aeroflot-Russian Airlines service desk who then send us to Aeroflot-Russian Airlines ticket desk, who then set us back to the Aeroflot-Russian Airlines service desk, who then sent us back to Aeroflot-Russian Airlines ticket desk. It was at the second stop at the ticket desk where my wife and I were informed that we would have to buy two new tickets for Ufa Russia at the cost of over $**** for my wife and myself. We were also informed at that time that there would not be any flights going out to Ufa Russia from Moscow on Aeroflot-Russian Airlines that we could buy tickets for until the next day and that we would have to sleep at the airport for the evening and catch a flight the next morning which would cost us over $**** for the two of us. We were then informed that Pegasus Airlines had a flight that was leaving at **:** AM and that if we wanted to catch that flight we would need to go and buy tickets for it. This after traveling for over ** hours we bought the tickets for approximately $*** and took the Pegasus flight to Ufa Russia arriving approximately *:** AM in the morning.*I am not sure how or why our flight for Tuesday ** May **** at *:** AM on Aeroflot-Russian Airlines flight number: SU **** was canceled. I did not give any instructions for Aeroflot-Russian Airlines to cancel the flight. It was not the intent that the return flight from Ufa Russia to Moscow Russia for Tuesday, ** May **** at *:** AM to be canceled. Now through this email I’m being informed that flight my wife and I have been canceled I am most confused. And I suppose I’m looking at paying another $*** to get from Ufa Russia back to Moscow Russia on Tuesday, ** May ****.*It was my understanding that my wife and I had paid tickets from Minneapolis Minnesota to Ufa Russia and then from Ufa Russia back to Minneapolis Minnesota. Needless to say we are not very happy with this development were now we do not have any paid tickets to get us from Ufa Russia to Moscow Russia to catch our flights back to Minneapolis Minnesota on Tuesday, ** May ****.*So yes I am not happy with my service from Aeroflot-Russian Airlines I am also very disappointed that in buying tickets through Orbitz that in the end I had to spend more money to get to my destination and may have to spend more money to make the connections to Moscow Russia.*Is there any help you can give us concerning this issue?*I would like a quick response so that if I have to another flight I can do it’s quickly.*Thank you for any help that you can give us concerning this matter.
