call out and receive calls on our pabx system ... We have no phone lines on our PABX system! We have ** people waiting to make calls. I have re-set PABX and NTV and this is showing no fault wit the equipment. Our telco support tells us it is an Optus problem. please all me o **** ****** asap to assist
It disrupted business for our ** employees. we are a recruitment consultancy and therefore our lives are spent on the telephones. we could use mobiles for outgoing but dread to think what incoming calls we missed . the time spent EVEN TO FIND THE CORRECT NUMBER TO CALL and then being transferred from department to department was in excess of * hours - and this was just to talk with someone to report the fault DISGUSTING LEVEL OF SERVICE.
we are now back on line. We had disruption to the business from **am until *pm when our last consultant went home. Further we had one person engaged from **am until mid afternoon trying to report the fault - UNACCEPTABLE. we should receive compensation for our wasted time in trying to report this, and for the disruption to the business.
for almost ** years I recall (am not taking time to check the records - you should know!) I AT LEAST EXPECTED TO BE ABLE TO REPORT THE FAULT WITH EASE
We had already tried to diagnose the problem by talking with our IT technician to reset the PABX and NTU before trying to contact Optus.
