Hello, I have a problem and need some help. I placed an order last Saturday on accident the order number was TJ*G***. I needed to enter my super cash and when I was trying to do so and redeem it, I accidentally pushed the orange place order button as I was doing so on my phone and the button was close by. I immediately called customer service to cancel the order after being on hold for about eight minutes. The gentleman told me it already went through and he could not place any changes or cancel my order. I even called my credit card company to stop the charge, but to no avail my order has shipped. I really would like my super cash to be redeemed and have $** removed from my order, as my Order total was over $**, so I should have received free shipping yet was charge $*.**. I am a loyal or frequent Old Navy shopper, if you search my account history I have placed several orders over the last few months alone for hundreds of dollars. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Please reach out, thank you. L*****@***.com *******-****
