I am very disappointed with Old Navy over my last couple of purchases. I have been shopping at old navy for several years and placed my first online order. My shoes came in a timely manner, but with * scuffs*marks already on the shoe. Not only that, but I purchased a pair of shoes in store. I know my size and I have purchased before so I looked at the tag and verified the size on one of the shoes. When I went to wear the shoes it turns out one pair was size ** and one was size **. I should have checked both shoes when in the store I guess, but being Black Friday I wanted to just get in and get out. The shoes were packed together by the cords and was listed on the tag. I don’t know how they were packaged together, but I am very disappointed and now have a pair that is mismatch sizes. I have been a loyal customer to Old Navy, but this made me very upset, by having not *, but * mistakes on a single trip. I would like to be refunded for the price of each pair of shoes and I do have the receipts if need be. Thank you.
