Hi, I have ordered * pair of jeans on November **. Order *TJ*WPQ**While placing the order, I was told that I would receive my items within ** days however when I checked the shipment date it shows Dec ** and the items ordered were a gift for my family as I am travelling on Dec *th. I contacted the customer service requesting if shipping could be expedited in any way or if I can collect my items from store, however he directly refused. When I requested to cancel my order, I was told that the process of cancelling the order would take * days. What kind of process is this? If you are not going to cancel my order immediately how do you expect the customer to visit the store and reorder? I need either my order to be cancelled immediately as it is ordered only * days back else shipment to be expedited.
